The Customer may withdraw from this order within 14 days of receipt of the goods by sending a registered letter with return receipt to ZEMA SRL, Via Michelangelo nn.35-39 Foggia (FG) 71121 or by Email to [email protected]

The registered mail/email must specify the codes of the items to be returned and the desired compensation: size exchange, store credit, or refund.
The refund does not include the cost of round-trip shipping of the package and any cash-on-delivery charges;
The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping charges unless the merchandise is damaged or defective, in which case the round-trip shipping charges will be borne by us.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  1. To request return authorization, the Customer must send a request to ZEMI SRL, Via Michelangelo nn.35-39 Foggia (FG) 71121 or by Email to [email protected]

  2. In the aforementioned email, you must specify the reason for the return request and the codes of the items you wish to return, as well as the desired compensation: size exchange, store credit, or refund. Once the return request is received, inmodapellicceria.it will send the Customer a written confirmation containing the Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  3. The return must be made with the courier indicated in the email sent by inmodapellicceria.it

    The Return Authorization Number must be written on the waybill, which must be completed as indicated in the authorization e-mail received from the administration department (the courier will bring a waybill when the package is picked up).

    • STORE CREDIT
      It is possible to reuse credit on our e-commerce site or directly in our physical store.

    • SIZE EXCHANGES
      You can exchange the same item for a different size or color, if available. It is not possible to exchange the item for a different item.
      Only one free exchange is allowed for each authorized return.
    • REFUNDS
      Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received, inspected, and accepted.
      For orders paid for by cash on delivery, the customer must provide their bank details for a refund via bank transfer or their personal information for a refund via postal order.
      For orders paid by PayPal or bank transfer, the amount will be refunded to the original account.

Returned goods must be returned in the manner described above without delay and in any case within 14 days from the date of sending the registered letter of withdrawal.

The Company will proceed to refund or replace the item as soon as possible after receipt of the returned goods after the Company has verified the situation.

In full compliance with the above terms and conditions, products must be returned undamaged and complete with all accessories in their original packaging and with proper packaging along with the receipt of purchase within 14 days of receipt of the order.

  • The security thread on returned items must not be cut or broken. Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered and must not show any signs of use or markings of any kind.
    Each item must be returned with all tags, packaging, and original accessories (hangers, garment covers, etc.) received with the order.
  • All accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which are considered an integral part of the product itself and must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the sole external packaging.
  • Returns must be shipped in the same box in which they were shipped.
  • The goods must be shipped via the same courier used for delivery. Please specify on the return package that it is a return and that the value of the contents is €39.00. These conditions are mandatory, and failure to comply with them will void the return.
  • In the event that the customer receives defective merchandise, or if inmodapellicceria.it makes shipping errors, please follow the instructions above. inmodapellicceria.it reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective merchandise and will cover the shipping costs for returning the merchandise to its premises.
