Exclusions from the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply, among other things, to the following goods and services (Art. 59 of the Consumer Code): goods made to measure or clearly personalized; goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly or whose packaging has been opened after delivery and are unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons; digital content provided on a non-tangible medium if performance has begun with the consumer’s express consent; goods that, by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery; accommodation, transportation, car rental, catering, or leisure services if the contract specifies a specific date or period of performance.
