1. How can I know what my size is?

On the website you will find a size guide in the tab of each product. We recommend that you consult it carefully or contact us via WhatsApp or email for personalized support in choosing the right size.

2. Are the furs original and certified?

Yes, all furs sold by Inmoda Pellicceria are original, carefully selected and accompanied by quality and traceability certifications. Each garment is the result of Italian craftsmanship and our many years of experience.

3. Can I request custom modifications or customizations?

Of course! We offer a customization and modification service upon request. Contact us on whatsapp for a personalized consultation and to create your own unique template

4. What are the shipping times and costs?

Shipping is processed in 2/3 working days with delivery by express courier in 24/48 hours excluding holidays. The price of shipping is 12.90€ in Italy, 24.90€ in Europe and 39.90€ throughout the rest of the world.

5. Can I return an item if I'm not satisfied with it?

Yes. You have 14 days to return your item. The item must be intact, unused, and with its original tags. See our "Returns and Refunds" section for full instructions.
